He that loveth Me not keepeth not My sayings: and the word which
ye hear is not Mine, but the Father’s which sent Me. John 14:24

Once at a street meeting, a drunk man staggered up to me and
loudly proclaimed, “I love God!” His mouth proclaimed his love for
God but his actions denied any love for Him. Jesus condemned such
conduct as hypocrisy. May God help us not only to praise Him with
our lips but to exalt Him with our lives. Obedience is the true measure
